Here at Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, we are always evaluating what we can do to make our guest experience as enjoyable and memorable as possible. We want the resort to remain familiar and welcoming so our guests always feel at home, no matter how many times they have visited, while continually evolving to stay contemporary, comfortable, and design-forward. It’s all part of our commitment to our unique brand of laidback luxury.
With any new undertaking, we take our guests’ feedback and comments into consideration to ensure we are creating an Aruban experience like none other. Our most recent project was a $5 million renovation to our Tara Wing – a favorite among honeymooners and couples seeking the ultimate oceanfront retreat.
Approximately $100,000 was invested in each room, transforming them into spaces that reflect our status as the most romantic resort in the Caribbean. All 44 Tara Suites, Penthouse Suites, and Bungalow Suites, along with the Tara Wing’s lobby and lounge areas, debuted on July 1.
Soothing natural tones accent cool, dark woods with pops of color provided by dusty orange-hued area rugs and commissioned artwork from internationally recognized Aruba artist Elisa Lejuez. The updated accommodations provide an inviting respite after a day in the sun. New design features include wet bars, sectional sofas, floating nightstands and guest bathrooms with modern functionalities like vanity mirrors featuring built-in televisions.
The reimagined interiors delightfully complement the tranquil surroundings, allowing the peace and ease of a stay at Bucuti to seep into every inch of the resort. From the Tara Suites, guests can take in the best views on the island while relaxing on their private balcony overlooking Eagle Beach. In the unique, standalone Bungalow Suites, guests can choose from a unbeatable ocean view or a vista above our tropical garden. Guests in the four exclusive Penthouse Suites can revel in jaw-dropping panoramic views of Eagle Beach and the glistening Caribbean from our most spacious accommodations. An expansive private terrace, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, beautiful bedroom, spa-inspired bathroom, and a reserved beach cabana await those seeking a truly unforgettable getaway.
