  • Complimentary scheduled daily wellness activities: Enjoy our thoughtfully planned classes to align with your daily rhythm. Should you desire a class beyond our regular schedule, we offer private sessions that can be arranged for an additional fee.   • Therapeutic Massage:  This relaxing medium pressured massage focuses on those parts of the body, which are mostly affected by the lack of exercise or physical limitations using different massage techniques which release the accumulated stress and fatigue. 

  • Sound Healing:  Energy healing generally channels vital energy and facilitates the flow of such through the cells that need it most, which can help balance energy flow in those particular areas and help feel better as a whole.  Sound Healing is said to slow down your brain waves and hereby affect each in every cell in your body. Different instruments are set to certain frequencies aligning your body with your desires so you can reach a relaxed, stress- free state.  
  • Reiki: Settle into your preferred, comfortable postition and let our instructor work her magic. Reiki healing will put you at ease and open the door for meditation, natural healing and stimulate your immune system, alleviating any pain or tension you may be experiencing. 
  • Group Classes: In a small group setting you can motivate each other and work on your flexibility, mobility, core strength and release your fascia with foam rolling. With limited spots we ensure your privacy as well as the quality of each class.

Terms and Conditions

Package inclusions require prior reservation and confirmation of dates before arrival.

The package is an add-on to an existing room reservation of a 5 night minimum stay.  


Package Payment and Cancellation Policy:

The balance for room accommodation and wellness package will be charged in full 30 days before your arrival.

In the event of a cancellation within 30 days of arrival, please be aware that the package is fully non-refundable, and non-changeable.

This package is tailored for single occupancy.

Please note that there are no refunds for prepaid package inclusions that are not utilized. Any activities or experiences paid directly to tour operators or experience instructors are subject to their individual cancellation policies.
