Chef de Cuisine
We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to lead and inspire our kitchen staff. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for the daily operations in the kitchen, ensuring that all food served meets or exceeds the highest quality standards, served in a timely fashion, hiring and training kitchen staff, collaborating with restaurant management, optimizing staff productivity, and stepping in to help wherever needed. For permit reasons, the applicant must be Aruban, Dutch or American. Prior Caribbean experience is a plus.

EXPECTATIONS

- Ensuring all food consistently meets the highest standards and is served on time
- Ability to train, coach, motivate and discipline kitchen team
- Assists in planning and development of menu’s & recipes

QUALIFICATIONS

Concierge
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and bright individual to join our concierge team. Guest service comes naturally to you and you find joy in providing extraordinary guest experiences. Responsible to provide a freidnly and efficient check-in/out process, telephone service and offer assistance to our guests ensuring their satisfaction. Responsible for guest services such as assisting with their complete vacation itinerary; planning and organizing activities, assist in recommending and booking dinners, car rentals, fligh-and transfer confirmations, etc.

EXPECTATIONS
- Preferably with experience in customer service
- Proficiency in English; Italian, German or European language is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Ability in multitasking management
- Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent sales skills

Front Office Supervisor
Responsible for the coordination of an efficiently run Front Office department including our Concierge- and Bellman/Security team to ensure guest- and employee satisfaction. Continually supervise, train and monitor compliance of all existing- and new processes, policies and procedures, as well as updating these when necessary.
