Carte Blanche

Carte Blanche is a restaurant designed with the epicurean in mind. Aruba’s innovative dining experience, Carte Blanche is a hotly-anticipated dinner reservation for only 16 diners per evening.  

The highlight is Owner/Chef Dennis van Daatselaar cooking a 5-course “Carte Blanche” (chef’s surprise) dinner right in front of you. 

Alongside the chef is Maitre d’ Glen Bonset, pairing wines and mixing premium drinks.
