This year, TripAdvisor awards recognize 584 total restaurants globally. Based on a full year of TripAdvisor reviews, these restaurants were consistently given high ratings and praise by diners worldwide. TripAdvisor houses more than 795 million reviews and opinions of 8.4 million accommodations, restaurants, experiences, airlines and cruises. The Travelers’ Choice Award is the highest honor TripAdvisor bestows. It is only awarded to the best of the best, based on service, quality and customer satisfaction.

Director of Food and Beverage, Chef Marc Giesbers has recently introduced fantastic additions to the menu: Burrata on Marinated Red Beets - Locally cow milk cheese made from Mozzarella and cream on a bed of Aceto – Balsamico marinated red beets and candied papaya cubes; Suateed Red Snapper - Skin on red snapper filet from the griddle served on a stew of local organic cucumbers, peppers, carrots and potatoes finish with Borage micro greens; For our Vegan and Vegetarian diners Marc created Potato Gnocchi Delight - Dumplings simmered in a delicious sundried tomato broth with a rainbow of colored grilled vegetables. Don’t miss the flaky, buttery Lionfish filet cooked in fresh lime juices as cerviche and enhanced with bell pepper, onions and olive oil complimented with black Kalamata olives and fried plantains.
