Romantic Wedding on Aruba’s “Dream Beach of the World”

October, 2005-- Eagle Beach, Aruba -- Bucuti Beach Resort’s renowned
‘Dream Beach of the World’ was the backdrop for the wedding for visitors Richard Bartley and Laura Lee Wielchowski from Madison, Wisconsin.

The warm glow of the setting sun cast dreamy light over the deserted 14 acres of powder white sand where the couple married with 24 of their family and friends who traveled to Aruba to attend. After the beach ceremony, a Champagne toast followed by a dinner on the beach for all.

Richard works as golf professional and Laura Lee is in the restaurant business and chose Aruba because of its beauty, friendly and gentle people, its consistently good weather and the variety of activities available for themselves and their visitors. “The Bucuti’s private spacious and romantic beach fulfilled our wedding dream.” The couple is staying in one of the posh new Tara Suites and claim “This couldn’t have been a more perfect wedding experience… the entire evening was enchanting. We hope to be back soon with the full contingent of guests as well.
