Massachusetts couple's Dream Beach Wedding

July, 2008- Barefoot and beaming... Mr. and Mrs. Donald and Jeanne Thompson of Massachusetts, exchanged their wedding vows on the pristine white sands of Eagle Beach at the Bucuti Beach Resort. Eighteen family members and friends flew to Aruba to witness the ceremony and later celebrate under the stars with Champagne and gourmet delights.

Don is a sports editor and Jeanne is a school counselor. They met at their local newspaper where Don works. They explained why they chose Aruba and Bucuti... "We did a lot of research and Bucuti was the romantic, elegant and private venue we were looking for... it lived up to our expectations. Aruba is a fantastic place to get married due to its beauty and the friendliness of everyone on the island".

The couple honeymooned in one of Bucuti's stylish guest rooms and Don enjoyed several golf outings while Jeanne enjoyed sunbathing on the Aruba shores.

Following their Aruba Beach wedding, the couple will have a hometown wedding at Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red sox.
