BUCUTI'S BEST AWARD WINNERS FOR OCTOBER 2008 ARE RECOGNIZED

October 2008- Eagle Beach, Aruba - Bucuti's Best Prize Winners are selected from many entries, which are gathered throughout the month. Guests and Bucuti employees both nominate team members for the "Bucuti's Best" award by filling out nomination cards when they witness service which exceeds their expectations. The cards are available and located throughout the resort. A combined team of management and employees review the nominations and decide upon the ultimate winners each month.

Bucuti's Resort Manager, Deborah Dintelman states: "It is always the highlight of my month to review the outstanding examples of kindness and compassion our associates have demonstrated towards our guests and each other which is beyond the scope of training. We are very lucky to have a great team of people working with us."

The theme of the Bucuti's program is 'exceeding expectations'. Reasons for recognizing "Bucuti's Best" nominations have ranged from bringing hot tea and lemon to the room of guests with a cold, keeping the restaurant open longer for guests who have arrived late, turning in $100 bill found in the pool to the front desk to find the owner (who was found)...and much more. This month's winners are First Place, Stephan Zievinger from the Housekeeping department, Second Place Axel Berben from our Kitchen; and Third Place, Robert Doyle from our restaurant service at The Pirates' Nest.
