The Bucuti Beach Resort rated #1 in AHATA quality inspections for 2001

Bucuti rated #2 amongst all the 23 Aruba resorts in all categories.

Each year the Freeman Group is commissioned by AHATA Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association to conduct quality surveys whereby a quality control inspector experiences the resort as a guest. The inspector does not identify himself to the resort until after he/she has checked out, therefore the inspection is valued as representing a genuine guest perspective from the time they make the reservation until check out and everything in between.

All Bucuti Beach Resort staff attend an ongoing training program based on the renown Freeman standards both on and off property and training is viewed as essential not only in serving the needs of guests but to enrich the knowledge and motivation of Bucuti's most valuable asset, the Bucuti staff.
