All room rates and packages include ALL government taxes, ALL fees, ALL service charges and full American Breakfast Buffet per person, daily. We add no hidden fees or extra charges to your bill. Incidentals such as Lunch and Dinner, Beverages and Minibar are on the guest account. All rates are in US Dollars. Free local phone charges, free WiFi, free wired broadband and free use of a Netbook during stay.
Due to the remodeling of our Beachfront restaurant, our resort will be closed from May 13 through May 31, 2013, as we will be demolishing the galleon shaped Pirate's Nest restaurant. Between June 1 and July 5 the assembly of the prefabricated materials will be taking place for the new restaurant. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served in our Tara Lounge and breakfast and lucnch are also available on the new garden deck. We will be offering a 35% reduction on the net room rate during this period. Between July 6 and August 11, the final interior work is being done on the new restaurant and the beachfront deck is being renovated. We will offer a 25% reduction on the net room rate during this final phase. Our new beachfront restaurant, Elements, will open on August 12, 2013.

Summer 2013 - (Effective April 2, 2013 - December 22, 2013)
Note: Resort will be closed between May 13 and May 31, 2013 for the renovation of our main restaurant on the beach. Between June 1 and July 5, the prefabricated restaurant elements are being assembled and breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in Tara Lounge (Pool opens June 7). Net room rates are reduced by 35% (calculated before taxes). July 6 - August 11 is final phase involving interior work and renovation of restaurant deck. Net room rates are reduced by 25% (calculated before taxes).
