WHAT IS INCLUDED:
The Award includes six nights at our resort in a Superior garden view room, including the 9.00% tax and services charges.

Please note: Because we are a small resort and the number of requests often exceeds our inventory, in order to confirm your date request, we have agreements with resorts of equal or higher quality and may confirm your reservation in another resort. This occurs during peak periods.

EXTRA NIGHTS
We will gladly book extra nights in addition to the 6 nights award. The Award is based on our Superior garden view room category. Please read below for instructions on how to book extra nights. Room rates and information about the Superior category room can be found HERE

TO MAKE A BOOKING:
The Bucuti Beach Resort featuring Tara Beach Suites & Spa only confirms guaranteed bookings. Therefore, at the time of booking, you must give your KLM Flying Blue award voucher number, or your credit card number.

The difficulty of this situation is that it takes about 2-3 weeks to receive your voucher, once you have applied for it, from KLM. KLM will not give you your voucher number over the phone. Therefore, at the time you wish to make your booking, you likely will not have your voucher number.

We have a solution to this dilemma.

  • We recommend that you send us email to first inquire if your dates are available. We answer 3 times daily, AM, NOON and PM, and we guarantee a response within one business day. Keep in mind that the resort runs a very high occupancy, therefore a room available today, may not be available tomorrow.
  • After finding available dates, book your flight ticket and order your voucher to be sure the air is available.
  • Once you have booked your air ticket, make your hotel booking with Bucuti and if you do not have your voucher, guarantee the booking with your credit card, until your voucher arrives. Bucuti will not charge your credit card at the time of booking. The credit card number is only a guarantee in case of late cancellation (within 14 days) OR for a no-show without a cancellation.
  • You may make your booking via Bucuti's web site: Click HERE. This is a secure credit card site. If you have your voucher, you may still use this form, simply do not fill out the credit card information, and write your voucher number in the free form requests/comments area. If you are reserving additional nights, then the credit card information is required.
  • You must also give us your Flying Blue account number (located on your membership card)
  • When your voucher arrives, send Bucuti the voucher number via e-mail and we will delete your credit card information from your booking record. Unless you are reserving additional nights, then the credit card information is required.
  • Notes: The KLM voucher is valid for one year, however there are two seasons, and a different amount of miles due and a different voucher for low and high season. Please be sure you inform KLM of your travel dates for the correct voucher.
  • High season is Winter, from Christmas through Easter, and Low season is Summer from Easter until Christmas.
