We are seeking a Concierge associate who is passionate about anticipating and exceeding the needs of our Bucuti Beach and Tara Beach Suites guests. The ideal candidate has an insatiable desire to provide the highest level of service in all aspects of their job which include:
Requirements: Excellent verbal and communication skills. Our guests consist of highly successful & affluent individuals (doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs etc.)
Customer service approach to problem solving and resolution skills ('Can Do' attitude)
Confidence and enthusiasm for the job, and the company.
Detail oriented.
Self starter.
Works efficiently alone and with others in the spirit of cooperation.
Ability to understand and utilize Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of travel / hospitality industry a plus.
Duties:
Provides a pro-active guest orientation through welcome calls, letters, as well as guest orientation presentations.
Answers telephone promptly and courteously.
Answers emails in a prompt and professional manner.
Process all reservations and leisure arrangements for guests accurately and efficiently.
Provides customer service as related to guests needs and takes ownership of questions and services from start to finish, with liaisons with the department traditionally providing the service.
Creates and distributes Master Reservation Calendar to appropriate departments for excursions and events within our outside of the resort.
Maintains working knowledge about the various concierge services available.

Who could provide an efficient check in/out process, telephone service and offer assistance to our guest ensuring their satisfaction. This person would also have good communication and organisational skills.English is a must and German is a plus.

Requirements: MTS/LTS graduate with knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems and who is flexible tow work shifts and weekends. English speaking, Papiamento and Dutch helpful. Must be reliable, consistently detail oriented, organized, able to follow procedures. Problem solving oriented, good communicator, responsible, team player.Ideally we are looking for someone with 6 months- 1 year previous experience in the Maintenance Department. Team Player
