At Bucuti, we know our team is really what sets us apart from other resorts and what makes such a difference for our guests so we have a program in place to regularly recognize service or actions above and beyond the call of duty. As personnel director, Doris Dreischor, heads up the administration of the program.
It's called "Bucuti's Best" and to join these select ranks, one must be selected by the staff (guests are welcome to participate as well) and the outstanding service must be in sync with one of the four values most valued by Bucuti, as outlined on the recognition folder.
To be voted as one of Bucuti's Best, the employee:
- continually assists management and co-workers without being asked.
- bends the rules to benefit the guest without damage to the resort.
- exceeds the job duties without complaint.
- suggests and implements new environmental practices.
The recognition folders with the actions described are gathered up monthly and a drawing selects the winners. Photos of the recent winners can be found in our staff photo gallery.
