CONCIERGE

Description:
We are looking for a friendly and service minded person to plan and organize group and individual activities for guests. Tasks include but are not limited to assisting guests in booking dinners, guests’ honoring, handling flight and transfer confirmations, car rentals, etc. Besides these direct guests related responsibilities, he/she is also sharing the responsibility for the department’s publications and printing tasks to ensure that at minimum documents are written in English and German.

Requirements:

-          Experience in similar position with hotel or time-share operation

-          Related experience with guests services

-          Computer knowledge recommended (Opera and Concierge Assistant a plus)

-          English and German necessary, Spanish a plus

CHIEF ENGINEER

Job Type: Full Time

Description:
Supervises operations for the entire resort; i.e. refrigeration, heating, plumbing, etc. Works closely with associate’s to insure that all projects are completed. Meets with management to discuss mechanical operation of the property and reviews maintenance records and inspects facilities to determine repair needs.

Requirements:

-          Minimum 5 years experience in similar position with hotel or time-share operation

-          Expert in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, PM Programs, Sustainable Powering, Carpentry,

Painting and Landscaping

-          Computer knowledge recommended

-          English necessary, Spanish a plus

-          Proven track record of organizational skills and strong ability to prioritize and multi-task

DIRECTOR OF OPERATION & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Job Type: Full Time


Objective:

Acts as liaison between the Resort Manager and the department heads to carry out the mission of the resort and ensure the standards of performance established by management, using the Freeman Standards, AAA 4 Diamond Standards, Green Globe 21, HACCP and ISO 14001 and 9001 guidelines.

Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system and produces data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators.

Requirements:

-          Minimum 10 years experience in hospitality operations with 5 Star service

-          Master or Bachelor degree in Restaurant and Hospitality Management

-          Experienced in Quality Assurance Standards (Green Globe, ISO 9001, LEED)

-          Strong leadership and communication skills

-          Customer-service orientation with friendly, outgoing personality

-          Skilled in Windows, POS and PMS.   

-          Fluent in English and proficient in German, Dutch or Scandinavian.
